Great projects are built by great people

We've always known that. So we build an environment where skilled trades can do their best work — with clear documentation, proper sequencing and leadership that's present and accountable.
When the conditions are right, the quality shows. That's the standard we hold ourselves to — and the standard we build around you.

Do your best work

You do your best work when everything around you works too.

Clear documentation. Proper sequencing. Leadership that's present and accountable.

We set projects up so skilled people can focus on what they're good at — and deliver work they're proud of.

Sequencing is Key

When the sequencing is right, you're not waiting.

When the documentation is clear, you're not guessing. When communication is direct and consistent, you're not chasing answers.

You just do the work. Properly. The way it should be done.

Delivered with Pride

The finished result reflects everyone who built it.

When the standard is held from the ground up, the quality shows — and you're part of something you can genuinely point to with pride.

About Riser
1 of 8
We kindly ask all sub-contractors to review the following details regarding Riser's general processes and procedures.
1. Construction Management Software

All new contractors are required to create a free account with Buildertrend, Riser's construction management platform. Through Buildertrend, contractors will receive bids, purchase orders, project documentations, finishes schedules and live schedules for all awarded projects.

2. Occupational Health & Safety

All new contractors must create a free account with Buildpass to ensure compliance with Riser’s safety protocols. Contractors will be required to submit relevant insurance documents and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) through Buildpass. Before entering site, contractors must also complete site inductions via scanning the QR code on the site signage.

3. Quality Assurance

Final payments will only be processed following a comprehensive quality assurance inspection. These inspections, conducted by the designated Site Manager or Construction Manager, will identify any defective, non-compliant, or sub-standard workmanship. Contractors will receive a detailed report and must address all issues outlined before the final payment is released.

4. Payment Schedule

Riser processes payments twice per month. Please refer to the 2025 Payment Schedule for specific dates: - Invoices must be submitted by 5:00 PM on the dates marked in ORANGE. - Payments will be processed the following week on the dates marked in BLUE.

Important Notes:

- Late invoices (submitted after the cutoff) will roll over to the next payment cycle.
- Invoices must be approved by Riser’s Construction Team. Invoices submitted for incomplete work or final claim invoices without completed QA reports will be rejected.
